Carl Bednark

Carl Bednark possesses extensive experience in the foundry and metallurgical engineering sectors, currently serving as Operations Manager and Foundry Manager at MetalTek International since March 2018. Previously, Carl held the position of Superintendent at AAM (formerly Grede Holdings LLC) from January 2015 to March 2018, overseeing various operational responsibilities including core making and pouring operations. Carl's foundational roles at MetalTek International included Foundry Manager, Foundry Superintendent, and Metallurgical Engineer, where contributions ranged from process improvement initiatives to training and technical oversight in casting processes. Carl holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Michigan Technological University, obtained in 2008.
