Additionally, Megan held the position of Customer Service Manager at Great Openings, an office furniture manufacturing company, from February 1997 until November 2024, where responsibilities included supporting furniture dealers across the United States. Educationally, Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Grand Valley State University from 1990 to 1995.
