Donia M'Rad

Donia M'Rad, CRHA, has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Metam since October 2017. Prior to this role, Donia worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Parc olympique from November 2011 to September 2017 and held various positions, including Career Development Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator at LE CHÂTEAU from September 2008 to November 2011. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist and Technician at Crotone Kitchens INC. from August 2006 to September 2008. Donia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, completed in 2006, and has additional educational credentials from the University of Ottawa and École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM).
