Aleksei Karpov

Aleksei Karpov started their work experience in 2019 as an AI Engineer at Huawei. In this role, they developed state-of-the-art deep learning models for personal voice enhancement and blind source separation. Aleksei also took the project from initial requirements to product implementation and built training and testing pipelines.

In 2021, they joined the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute as a Deep Learning Scientist. Here, they developed real-time state-of-the-art deep learning models for depth estimation tasks. Aleksei conducted scientific research and implemented novel neural network models based on vision transformers and convolution architectures.
