Chaz Hinzman

Chaz Hinzman has a diverse work experience in the biotech and healthcare sectors. Chaz currently works at Flagship Pioneering as a Senior Associate, where they previously held the position of Associate. Chaz also served as the Head of Strategy and Operations at Metaphore Biotechnologies. Prior to that, they pursued their PhD at Georgetown University Medical Center, where they also worked as a Research Assistant and Graduate Research Intern. Chaz has demonstrated their passion for the biotech industry through their involvement with Global Biotech Revolution, where they were an Executive Board Member. Chaz has also gained experience in venture capital and investment banking through roles at Flagship Pioneering, Circa Health Capital Partners, Fifty Years, and Noble Financial Capital Markets.
