Anna von Bismarck

Anna von Bismarck is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning several decades. Since January 2012, Anna has served as a Principal at Metaplan, specializing in facilitating multi-stakeholder conversations, understanding organizational culture, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Anna operates as an Executive Coach, focusing on leadership, business transformation, and collaboration in a global digital landscape. Prior to these roles, Anna gained extensive experience at IBM from 1985 to 2004, where responsibilities included Communications Manager for Global Financing EMEA and Business Development Manager in Media Industries, among others. Anna began professional endeavors as a freelancer at DER SPIEGEL from 1993 to 1995. An alumnus of Stuttgart, Anna holds a Diploma in Business Administration.
