Sandhya Maliakal

Sandhya Maliakal currently serves as the AVP of People & Partnership at MetaShot, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Maliakal was the Country Programme & People Manager for the IDEX Accelerator- Global Fellows Program from April 2016 to August 2020, focusing on talent acquisition and management. As an entrepreneur from May 2014 to April 2016, Maliakal established 'For Love,' an e-commerce platform promoting handloom manufacturers. Early career experience includes roles such as Client Servicing Manager at Hill Road Media, Asst. Manager of Marketing Operations at tmf dialogue marketing, and internships at Radio Indigo FM, Perfect Relations, and Connections. Maliakal holds an MBA in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore, and a BMM in Advertising from Sophia College.
