Eric Hjelmestam

Eric Hjelmestam is an experienced executive with a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and product management. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer and CEO at MetaSolutions AB since June 2015, Eric focuses on driving business initiatives for customers and partners. Additionally, as a board member of Geoforum Sverige since May 2022, Eric promotes the use of geographical data within the industry. Prior experience includes significant roles at Tilgin, where responsibilities included leading marketing and product management, and Ericsson, where Eric held various positions including Strategic Product Manager and Business Development, contributing to product introductions and strategic direction shifts. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Marketing from Luleå University of Technology.
