Michael A Burchianti

Michael A Burchianti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael A started their career as an Assistant Residence Director at Duquesne University, where they supervised a staff of 15 Residence Assistants and ensured the safety and well-being of 1,200 Freshman students. Michael A also served as a Resident Director in Rome, Italy, providing support and organizing tours for Duquesne students studying abroad.

From 1994 to 2002, Michael served in the Army National Guard as a Specialist, operating trucks and providing logistical support to the 1-110th Mechanized Infantry Battalion.

In 2001, they joined ImageMax, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing projects for law firms outsourcing their litigation service needs. Michael A gained experience in project management, client services, and document management techniques.

In 2002, Michael joined Digiscribe, A MetaSource Company as the Manager of Client Services. In this role, they managed a team of client service associates and led various conversion projects, such as invoice processing, digital mailroom, and medical chart digital conversion. Michael A was also responsible for project management and implementation work as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Currently, Michael is working at MetaSource as the Director of Client Services. Michael A is involved in client implementations and ensuring client satisfaction in their outsourcing services.

Michael A Burchianti received their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Duquesne University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Michael A later pursued a Master of Science degree in Health Management Information Systems from the same institution, studying from 1999 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2018.
