Sergei S.

Sergei S. has a long and varied work experience, starting in 2004 when they became an Assistant Professor at Khabarovsk State Technical University. Sergei then moved on to become an Associate Professor and then a Professor and Scientist at the same university. In 2011, they joined ORIENT EXPRESS Bank as a Principal Engineer. In 2016, they became a Cyber Security Consultant at Intel Corporation and in 2017 they co-founded Equibit Group as a Blockchain Architect. In 2018, they joined Zebra Technologies as a Computer Vision (Robotics, Research and Development) and also became the Director of Research and Development at Cherry3D. In 2020, they co-founded MetaVRse, where the mission is to unlock the power of spatial computing for everyone.

Sergei S. obtained their Ph.D. in Mathematics and Physics of Russian Academy of Science from Pacific National University between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Khabarovsk State Technical University between 1998 and 2003.
