Jennifer Mercer is the CEO of Metazoa and the former founder and COO of DreamFactory Software. Jennifer has also worked as an enterprise account executive for WebEx.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Jennifer founded DreamFactory Software in 2003, and grew it into a leading REST API generating platform used by major companies like Disney, Intel, and Verizon. In their role as COO, Jennifer was responsible for the company's day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, and product development.

In 2018, Jennifer left DreamFactory to become the CEO of Metazoa, a start-up that is developing software to help businesses automate their operations. Under their leadership, Metazoa has seen significant growth and is now used by major companies around the world.
