Michael Marshall, PE, is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on downstream and midstream sectors since April 2014 at Michael Marshall LLC. Expertise includes management systems design and implementation, metrics and KPI design, software solutions design, process safety management, and equipment and operations reliability. Prior to consultancy, Michael Marshall served as Principal Engineer and Senior Manager at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, specializing in refining process safety systems, overpressure protection systems, and process hazards assessment from June 1991 to April 2014. Earlier career experience at Chevron included various managerial roles in refining, operations, reliability, and inspection from July 1981 to June 1991.
