Eric Cheng

Eric Cheng began their work experience in 2011 as a Hardware Verification Engineer intern at Epson Canada and later at Teledyne Lumenera. In 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer intern at Xtreme Labs. In 2013, they interned as a Software Engineer at AppNexus and FutureAdvisor. In 2014, they were a Program Manager intern at Microsoft. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Uber, starting as a Software Engineer and eventually becoming a Senior Software Engineer. In 2021, they joined Meter as a Software Engineer.

Eric Cheng earned a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where they were awarded Dean's Honours List. Prior to that, they completed high school at St. George's School.
