Dean Lancaster

Dean Lancaster has over 40 years of experience in engineering and productivity leadership, currently serving as the Casting Productivity Leader at Metglas Inc. since 2003. Prior to this role, Dean Lancaster worked at Honeywell for over two decades, holding various engineering positions, including Six Sigma Engineer in the Eng Materials Fibers division from 1994 to 1998. Dean Lancaster holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University, which was obtained between 1976 and 1981.
