Beth Loomer

Beth Loomer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of People Operations, IT, and Business Services at Methanex Corporation since August 2016, where responsibilities include advising leadership and overseeing employee relations, performance management, and strategic planning. Previously, Beth held the position of Human Resources Manager at Atlas Energy, dealing with employee engagement and training programs, and has extensive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner for Encana Corporation and a Recruitment Manager for Shell Oil Company. Educated at Texas A&M University, Beth earned a Master's in Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Management.
