Scott Sadoff

Scott Sadoff is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Food & Beverage at Method Co. since January 2023, Scott oversees diverse dining venues including multiple restaurants and a large event space in Philadelphia. Previously, Scott held the role of Director of Operations at Live! Dining & Entertainment Districts and Great Lakes Recycling, demonstrating versatility in operational leadership. With a significant tenure at AFB Hospitality Group as Vice President and Director of Operations, Scott contributed to the growth of a boutique portfolio of dining and nightlife concepts. Additional experience includes consultancy and managerial positions at various well-known establishments, culminating in a strong foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University.
