Michael Wolkow

Michael Wolkow is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on the Charlotte, NC, and Lake Norman regions. Currently serving as the Operating Partner at Method Real Estate Advisors since November 2022, Michael previously worked as a Realtor at eXp Realty, LLC from June 2021 to November 2022 and as a Real Estate Agent at BLANQ MOR Real Estate Group from December 2019 to September 2021, specializing in home buying. Prior to their career in real estate, Michael held leadership positions in the hospitality and defense contracting sectors, including Lead Staff Trainer at Darden and Vice President at Loading Republic Inc., where contracts were established with the US Military and law enforcement agencies. Michael holds credentials from the Superior School of Real Estate and The Culinary Institute of America.
