Zana Jablan Musa

Zana Jablan Musa has a diverse work experience history. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Legal Intern at the Sokolac Basic Court, Department of East Sarajevo, where they gained experience in attending courtroom hearings, conducting hearings, and giving verdicts on civil matters. In 2010, Zana served as a Legal Advisor at ProCredit Bank d.d. and also worked as an Expert on Legal Issues at Radio-Television of The Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where they handled contract drafting, court cases, and legal document preparation. From 2014 to 2015, Zana worked as a Legal Associate at Emirates Legal FZE. Currently, they hold several roles at The Sovereign Group, including Director of Operations and Director at Sovereign Corporate Services, where they oversee company operations and provides corporate services. Additionally, Zana is the Head of the Onshore Team for Regulatory and Operations, supporting the establishment of onshore and offshore companies in the UAE. Zana also serves as a Business & Legal Consultant, offering a full range of corporate services and company formation and management support.

Zana Jablan Musa obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, in 2013, Zana achieved a BAR EXAM certificate from the Ministry of Justice in Bosnia and Hercegovina. In 2010, Zana received a Master's degree in European Studies from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, with a graduation thesis focusing on "Labor Migration Policies in New EU Member States." Zana also attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Sarajevo from 2003 to 2008.
