D. Bailey Wynne, MS., MHA., RpH, CHES©, currently serves as a Doctoral Student in Gerontology Research & Public Policy Initiatives at the University of North Texas System and as a Commissioner on the Planning & Zoning Board for the City of Duncanville. With extensive experience in pharmacy, Wynne has held the position of Clinical Pharmacist at Methodist Hospital for Surgery since September 2019 and previously served as a Transition of Care Emergency Room Pharmacist at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Additionally, Wynne has been involved with Texas Health and Human Services as a gubernatorial appointee to the Statewide Health Coordinating Council. Educationally, Wynne holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Creighton University, a Master of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from Texas Woman's University, and a Master of Arts in Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
