Steve also held roles as the Director of Information Technology at Hillsdale Hospital and Gibson General Hospital, where they led various initiatives to enhance the computer systems and network infrastructures. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Information Services at White County Memorial Hospital, where they implemented network improvements and established vendor partnerships.
Steve Rausch has an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems from Ivy Tech Community College, which they obtained from 1999 to 2000. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Capella University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In 2016, they completed a Graduate Certificate program in Cybersecurity at Central Michigan University.
