Steve Rausch

Steve Rausch has extensive experience in information technology leadership roles. Steve most recently served as the VP of Technology at Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC). Prior to that, they were the Corporate Director of Information Technology at United Methodist Homes of New Jersey, where they led initiatives to improve the organization's computer system and network infrastructure. Before that, they were the IT Director at Tennova Healthcare, where they focused on improving technology and compliance with industry regulations. Steve also held roles as the Director of Information Technology at Hillsdale Hospital and Gibson General Hospital, where they led various initiatives to enhance the computer systems and network infrastructures. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Information Services at White County Memorial Hospital, where they implemented network improvements and established vendor partnerships.

Steve Rausch has an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems from Ivy Tech Community College, which they obtained from 1999 to 2000. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Capella University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In 2016, they completed a Graduate Certificate program in Cybersecurity at Central Michigan University.
