Daniele Cantore has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they started their career as an Analyst at Methodos, where they progressed to the roles of Consultant, Senior Consultant, and finally Manager - Head of Cultural Change Management Practice | New Ways of Working. In this role, they managed change management projects for multinational organizations, focusing on aligning corporate culture with business strategy. Daniele also worked on various projects related to communication, stakeholder engagement, employee engagement, and training. Since 2017, they have been a board member of Assochange, the Italian association of change management, and currently holds the position of Vice President. Prior to Methodos, they worked as an Educator at Aurora 2000 and as an Employee at IKEA IT.
Daniele Cantore started their education at the Università di Pavia in 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, specializing in Philosophical Sciences. Daniele completed this degree in 2007. During the academic year 2007-2008, Cantore took part in an Erasmus program at the University of Leicester. After their experience at the University of Leicester, Cantore returned to the Università di Pavia to pursue their Master's degree in Philosophical Theories. Daniele completed this degree in 2010. In 2011, Cantore attended the 24ORE Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Communication and Institutional Relations.
