Andy Rudman has an extensive work experience spanning from 1995 to 2022. From 1995 to 1998, they worked at BT Property as Commercial Manager, where they developed national contract strategies and procured third-party, fixed-term contracts for services required for the maintenance and upkeep of BT's UK estate. From 1998 to 2004, they worked at BT Wholesale, first as Business Development Manager, responsible for leveraging profitable incremental wholesale revenues from tactical and strategic business development activities, and then as Enterprise Marketing Manager, responsible for creating and executing industry marketing campaigns. In 2004, they moved to BT Group plc as Industry Consultant, devising and implementing the initial framework of industry consultations. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at the UK Ministry of Defence as LogNEC Programme Assurance Manager. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Netdoo Video Ltd as Commercial Director and Business Development Manager, leading the development of the company's commercial strategy and sales and marketing strategy. From 2010 to 2022, they worked at Tillingbourne Valley Sports Association C.I.C as Chairman & Managing Director. Currently, they are working at MethodWorx Ltd as Head Of Business Development.

Andy Rudman has a long and varied educational history. Andy began their studies in 1981, when they attended Guildford College of Further Education and obtained a City & Guilds in Electrical Installation pt I & II. Andy continued their studies at Brooklands College, where they obtained a City & Guilds in Electronics Servicing pt III in 1987-1989, a HNC in Electronics Engineering in 1989-1991, and a City & Guilds in Supervisory Management in 1991-1992. Andy then attended Peterborough Regional College, where they obtained a BTEC in Management Studies in 1992-1993. After that, they attended Guildford College of Further Education and obtained a Chartered Institute of Marketing in Marketing in 1998-1999. Finally, they attended London Metropolitan University, where they obtained an MA in Marketing Management in 1999-2001.
