Thomas C. Michaud (Tom)

Thomas C. Michaud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operational performance within the aerospace and municipal sectors. Currently serving as the Pad Safety II Program Manager at Metis Technology Solutions, Inc., Thomas oversees a $55M contract while simultaneously managing the Pad Safety Program at Millennium Engineering and Integration for the 45th Space Wing. Prior roles include Deputy City Manager and Facilities Director for the City of Palm Bay, where Thomas managed a $173 million annual budget and various city departments. Thomas's career began in the United States Air Force, where notable achievements included directing systems safety and environmental operations for national space systems. Thomas holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and various other degrees and certifications in environmental management and electronics systems.
