Takayo Inoue

Takayo Inoue has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. In 2020, they began their current role as Senior Director and Head of Clinical Pharmacology at METiS Therapeutics. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. (PTI) from 2015-2020, including Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology and DMPK, Director, Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics and Associate Director, Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics. From 2003-2015, they worked as Associate Director, Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics at Synta Pharmaceuticals, where they wrote ADME/PK sections of regulatory documents and was involved in protocol development and data interpretation. Takayo also held the role of Scientist at Eli Lilly and Company from 2001-2003.

Takayo Inoue obtained a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from The University of Toledo between 1997 and 2001. Prior to that, they attended Doshisha University. No additional certifications have been listed.
