Shane Potts

Shane Potts serves as the Vice-President and Partner at METL-FAB since February 2019, leading operational improvements and managing significant projects within the national cold storage thermal contracting sector. Additionally, since November 2022, Shane has been a board member of the Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA), which focuses on the design and construction of controlled environment buildings and is a key partner of the Global Cold Chain Alliance. Previous roles include Railroad Industry Expert at Olsson, President of Rail Engineer Associates, LLC, Structural Group Manager at Alfred Benesch & Company, and Railroad Project Manager at HDR. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
