Sandy Zoupanou

Sandy Zoupanou currently serves as the HR Digital Transformation Lead at MYTILINEOS S.A. since January 2023. Sandy has a rich background in human resources, having spent nearly three decades at Mondelēz International where roles included Head of HR & CGA during the integration with Chipita, Senior Manager Mergers & Acquisitions, and various leadership positions focused on payroll, business transformation, and HR solutions across multiple countries in Europe. Sandy's expertise encompasses HR restructuring, change management, and process harmonization, supported by a strong educational foundation including an MBA from the University of Sunderland and a certificate from the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
