Constanza Mella

Constanza Mella is a professional with extensive experience in government relations and international affairs. Currently serving as a Government Relations Associate at MetLife Chile since January 2023, Constanza previously worked as an Asesora Asuntos Internacionales at the Ministerio de Hacienda - Chile from March 2019 to January 2023. Earlier roles included an Analyst position at Agencia Socialmente - Comunicación Estratégica Digital from May 2017 to November 2017, and a practicum in the Dirección Asia Pacífico (DIRAPAC) at the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Chile from December 2015 to February 2016, which involved supporting a project on humanitarian diplomacy and analyzing Chile's participation in international organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. Constanza holds a degree in Political Science from Universidad Diego Portales (2011-2015) and is pursuing further education through a Diplomatura in Communication, Journalism, and related activities at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2018-Present).
