Sangita Dutta

Sangita Dutta, SHRM-SCP is currently the Manager of Human Resources at MetLife Bangladesh. With a background in materials and metallurgical engineering, Sangita has also worked in roles such as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources at MetLife. Prior to that, Sangita served as the Branch In-charge at Persona Ltd. and Market Promotion Engineer at Guraba Engineering Ltd. Sangita's education includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Dhaka. Responsibilities in various roles include employee engagement, development programs, wellness initiatives, diversity and inclusion, HR analytics, and HR operations.
