Paola Gordillo

Paola Gordillo currently serves as Gerente de Cuentas Clave - Mass Market at MetLife Colombia since February 2023. Prior to this role, Paola held various positions at MetLife from September 2019 to March 2023, including Subgerente de Relacionamiento Comercial DM. Paola's experience also includes serving as Directora Grandes Superficies at AXA COLPATRIA from February 2016 to September 2019, Coordinadora Microseguros at La Equidad Seguros from July 2013 to February 2016, and Asistente Operativo at Marsh from May 2011 to July 2013. Paola began the career as Ejecutiva de Cuenta at JLT Group from June 2009 to May 2011. Academically, Paola holds a Licenciatura en Lenguas Modernas from Universidad de La Salle and completed several specialized courses and degrees related to business management, project management, risk management, and general insurance.
