Cody Chen

Cody Chen currently serves as Vice President at MetLife RAD and Chief Information Officer for China, a position held since July 2017. Prior to this role, Cody was the E-Business Director at Aegon from February 2015 to June 2017, focusing on internet marketing strategies and program implementation. Between July 2002 and June 2017, various leadership roles were held at Aegon China, including Business Process Director, IT Director, Customer Service Director, and Admin, Organization Expansion Director. Cody began the career as an IT Specialist at the Agriculture Bank of China from July 1996 to July 1999 and later worked as an IT Supervisor at AIA until July 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, both from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
