Jill Cancelosi

Jill Cancelosi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as Vice President of HR for Global Operations at MetLife since September 2011, Jill manages HR for 13,000 FTEs worldwide and leads a team of five HR professionals, while also overseeing hubbing initiatives in the US. Previously, Jill held multiple senior HR leadership roles at Honeywell, including AVP Human Resources for Global Application Development and Global HR Director for Information Technology, where key achievements included organizing global HR conferences and improving employee relations across diverse regions. Jill holds a Master's degree in Advanced Human Resources from IAE France and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/French Literature from Rutgers University.
