Caitlin Swain

Caitlin Swain is an experienced data test lead and engineer currently employed at Metlifecare since April 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing testing during a digital transformation and assisting in the design of a new cloud-based data warehouse and PowerBI reports. Prior to this role, Swain worked at Genesis from October 2017 to April 2022 as a Senior Test Analyst, supporting data engineers to ensure quality data solutions across multiple projects, and played a key role in developing the Data Release Management Process. Swain's extensive career includes testing leadership roles at ANZ, OnePath, and ING, focusing on diverse areas such as data pipelines, business intelligence, and application support. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Renewable Energy Engineering from UNSW and ongoing studies toward a Graduate Certificate in Science and Technology from Massey University.
