Rayana Suresh Babu

Rayana Suresh Babu has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rayana Suresh began their career at Microsmart Computers as a Jr. IT Assistant, providing support to customers regarding servers and systems. Rayana Suresh later became a System Administrator, responsible for assembling and configuring various servers and serving as the point of contact for customer support.

Rayana Suresh then worked at Adroit Computers as a Freelance IT Sales & Technical System Support, where they provided individual support by assembling and installing systems, configuring operating systems, and managing domain controllers.

Rayana then joined Secure Network Solutions India Pvt. Limited as an Associate Technical Support Engineer, focusing on network and security products and technologies. Rayana Suresh handled devices and servers, understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions.

Their most recent role was at METMOX, where they started as a Security Operations Center Analyst and progressed to become a Global Security Operations- Team Lead. In this role, they had managerial responsibilities for the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and incident response. Rayana Suresh also handled operations administration, vulnerability assessment, enterprise security assessment, endpoint detection response, endpoint management, and risk management in a global customer support environment.

Rayana Suresh Babu began their education in 1995 at Loyola High School, where they obtained their 10th-grade diploma. In 1996, they enrolled at Srimaka Vidyapeeth; Threshold (Deemed) University and earned a Diploma in Hardware Engineering, specializing in IT Hardware & Networking & System Assembly, which they completed in 1998.

After a gap, Rayana resumed their education in 2013 at Xavier's Institute of Business Management Studies, where they pursued a Diploma in Information Security Management, specializing in Information Security Management. Rayana Suresh completed this diploma in 2014. Following that, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from the same institute, which they obtained in 2015.

From 2016 to 2019, Rayana attended Xavier's Institute of Business Management Studies once again, this time completing a Bachelor's in Management Studies with a specialization in Information Technology.

Throughout their education, Rayana obtained various certifications. In 2000, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional. In 2003, they earned the Microsoft Certified Administrator certification. In 2014, they achieved the Certifiied Ethical Hacker v8 certification from EC-Council. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained the Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Administration certification from Symantec, the BIT 9 Antivirus/DLP Administration certification from Bit9 + Carbon Black, and the CloudLock University 201 - Training certification from CloudLock. In 2015, they obtained the QualysGuard Vulnerability Management certification from Qualys and completed the course Searching and Reporting with Splunk 6. In 2018, Rayana earned the Cylance Security Professional certification from Cylance Inc. Finally, in 2021, they obtained the Advanced MITRE ATT&CK Defender certification from The Hacktivists™.
