Max Marcus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Max is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Metomic since February 2022. Prior to this, Max worked at MUSO as the Head of Customer Success from November 2019 to February 2022.
Max also has experience at Hubdoc, where they held various positions. Max was the Country Manager from January 2018 to November 2019, responsible for launching a B2B SAAS product in a new region and leading a team of account managers. From January 2017 to December 2017, Max served as the Customer Success Team Lead, where they developed onboarding strategies and implemented data-driven milestones for customer retention and growth. Max also worked as an Account Manager at Hubdoc from August 2016 to December 2016, focusing on customer support, sales, marketing, and account growth.
Before joining Hubdoc, Max worked at MASS LBP as a Summer Associate in 2012 and at Torstar Corporation as an Editorial Assistant from September 2011 to January 2012.
Max Marcus completed their Bachelor of Arts in Politics at Queen's University from 2006 to 2010. Max then pursued a Master's degree in Global Affairs, with a focus on Government Policy and Foreign Affairs, at the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto between 2014 and 2016.
