Jorge Goyanes P.e.

Jorge Goyanes, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in construction and project management. Currently serving as President of ENCOBRIDGE, INC. since June 2018, and Vice President of Construction at JVA Engineering Contractor, Inc. since January 2016, Jorge is responsible for coordinating logistics and managing contracts, budgets, schedules, and quality control. Previous roles include Project Administrator/Engineer at Metric Engineering, where Jorge contributed to the remedial work on the US-1/SR-5 project, and Senior Inspector/Project Engineer positions at Bolton Perez & Associates and Parsons Brinckerhoff, overseeing key infrastructure projects. Jorge's early career includes serving as President of Tepaco, Inc., an engineering construction company. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oriente-Santiago de Cuba (1979-1984).
