Dan Couvillon began their career in 1998 as a Senior Product Analyst at Fair Isaac Corporation, where they supported COBOL and Java based interfaces for FICO products. Dan then moved to Kaiser Permanente in 2006 as a Senior Site Support Specialist, where they were responsible for troubleshooting complex problems with Revenue Capture, ADT, OpTime, Ambulatory, and Inpatient suites. In 2013, they joined Grifols as an Application & Systems Engineer, where they implemented and integrated application, network, and system solutions for NAT and IH instrument portfolios. In 2015, they began working at Metric Insights, Inc. as the Director of Learning, and later became a Senior Solutions Architect. In this role, they acted as a subject matter expert working both post and pre-sales as a solutions consultant. Dan also developed training curriculum for their customer base and travelled to customer sites across the world.
Dan Couvillon has a diverse educational background. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Phoenix in 1996-1998, a B.A. in History from Grand Canyon University in 2009-2011, and a Nanodegree Intro to Programming in Computer Programming from Udacity in 2020.
