Caitlin Rozario's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies.

In 2014, they worked as a Summer Intern at Peters Fraser + Dunlop.

In 2015, they served as a Sales Associate at OceanFleet Seafood and also worked as a Summer Warden at the Royal Collection Trust in Buckingham Palace.

Starting in 2016, Caitlin joined Benjamin West as a Project Assistant and later became a Project Coordinator.

In 2018, they joined Brainlabs as an Account Manager (Paid Social) and eventually became a Content Manager and Team Leader of the Diversity and Inclusion network, Know Different. Caitlin organized successful external events focused on topics such as women in digital and creating diverse and inclusive workplaces.

In 2020, they co-founded Interlude Digital, a company that aims to enhance productivity through high-quality breaks.

Caitlin further served in roles as a Senior Content Manager and Senior Brand and Communications Manager at Metrikus and AirRated from 2020 to 2022.

Additionally, Caitlin had a mentoring role at Like Minded Females (LMF Network) CIC in 2021.

Caitlin Rozario has a diverse educational background. Caitlin began their education at Coloma Convent Girls' School from 2005 to 2012. Caitlin then pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Literature at Queens' College, Cambridge from 2012 to 2015. After taking a gap year, Caitlin enrolled at UCL in 2017 to pursue a Master's degree in Early Modern Studies, which they completed in 2018. In 2020, they furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Quantic School of Business and Technology. In the same year, they also achieved a qualification in The Science of Well-Being at Yale University.

In addition to their formal education, Caitlin has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they earned a certification in "Future-Proof Offices" from Real Innovation Academy and completed a course in "Improving your Proofreading and Editing Skills" offered by PRCA in April of the same year.
