James Bellaire M.ed

James Bellaire, M.Ed, currently serves as Site Lead for the CG FORCECOM T-Teps MRL virtual team at Metris Global since September 2023. Prior roles include Instructional System Designer at rockITdata and various positions at Metris Global, where responsibilities encompassed instructional system design and site management from May 2017 to September 2023. With a notable career in the Coast Guard, James operated from 2010 to 2017 in leadership roles, including Division Officer, overseeing 187 personnel and managing a $4+ million annual budget, along with providing expert support in emergency response and operations across the Atlantic region. Previous positions include Commanding Officer of Coast Guard Cutter HOLLYHOCK and Senior Homeland Security Advisor at the US Embassy in Haiti.
