Sean Montgomery

Sean Montgomery has a strong background in software engineering and development, with experience in various companies. Sean co-founded Xano, Inc. in 2019 and currently serves as the CTO. Prior to that, they co-founded Metrix Systems, Inc. in 2010 and was responsible for overseeing system architecture and development strategies. Sean also created the Xano web development platform and developed the Metrix Stream video publishing platform. In 2018, Sean worked as the CTO for OutcomeMD. Before that, they worked at Google as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the Google Photos team and optimizing browser latency. Sean was also responsible for developing a custom release process management solution. Sean started their career at Picasa Inc. as a Software Engineer, developing photo management software and mobile applications. At Citrix, they worked as a Software Engineer and contributed to the development of GoToMyPC, focusing on screen blanking and universal input solutions.

Sean Montgomery attended UC Santa Barbara and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2003.
