Cassie Salinas

Cassie Salinas serves as the Deputy Director of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Department at Metro, leading initiatives that enhance workforce diversity, foster belonging, and promote racial equity while addressing the needs of individuals with disabilities. Previously, Cassie held the role of Organizational Impact Program Manager and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Project Manager at Metro, focusing on creating lasting cultural changes across the organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member for Bradley Angle, where efforts were directed towards supporting domestic violence survivors, and holding leadership positions within the American Marketing Association. Cassie’s background also encompasses marketing roles at One Economy Corporation and the Portland Business Journal, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies from Portland State University.
