Sally Elsherif

Sally Elsherif has extensive experience in quality assurance within the food industry, holding various leadership roles since the early 2000s. Currently, Sally serves as the VP of QA Products and Trading Offices at METRO AG since March 2014, previously holding the position of QA Operations Director for West Europe and Asia. Prior to METRO AG, Sally was the Head of Quality Assurance at Makro Cash and Carry Egypt from July 2009 to March 2014, and worked at Carrefour as a Quality Assurance Manager from April 2006 to July 2009. Earlier career experience includes roles as Quality Assurance Section Head at H.J. Heinz Company and Quality Assurance Manager at Harvest Foods. Sally holds a Bachelor of Food Science from Ain Shams University, completed in 2000.
