Selina Kaster

Selina Kaster is currently working as an International HR Controller & SAP HR at METRO AG since April 2022. Prior to their current role, Selina worked as a Werkstudentin HR Prozesse, Projekte & Controlling at METRO Deutschland GmbH from April 2021 to April 2022. Selina also has experience as a Werkstudentin Compensation & Benefits at METRO AG from April 2019 to March 2021. Before their time at METRO, Selina had an internship in Talent Relationship Management at Deloitte from July 2018 to January 2019. Selina also has experience in Business Development through an internship at Evonik in June 2017. Selina holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Hochschule Fresenius. Additionally, Selina has completed short-term educational programs at Berkeley College and Shanghai University in 2017.
