Robert Herrig has a diverse work experience in the Atlanta area. Robert currently holds the position of Director of Supply Chain and Advanced Manufacturing at the Metro Atlanta Chamber since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance, where they held the roles of Associate Vice President from January 2022 to May 2022 and Senior Project Manager from July 2019 to January 2022. Their earlier experience includes working as a Planner at the Atlanta Regional Commission from October 2014 to June 2019, and as a Community Development Intern from October 2014 to February 2016.
Robert Herrig has a Masters of Public Policy from Georgia State University - Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, with a focus on Planning and Economic Development. Robert also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from The University of Georgia. Prior to their university education, Robert attended Paideia School. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in Talk So People Listen - Communication Style and Delivery Program from Speakeasy in 2019, and the Climate Reality Leadership Corps from The Climate Reality Project in 2019.
