Felix Beaudoin

Felix Beaudoin is an experienced professional currently serving as the SAP IT Team Leader in the HR/Payroll Competence Center at Metro Inc. since September 2013, where the primary focus is on enhancing organizational experience across all divisions. Prior roles include Kronos Forecast Specialist, where responsibilities included monitoring labor forecasting data for Quebec and Ontario stores, and HR Configuration Specialist for SAP, responsible for analyzing business needs and configuring SAP functionalities. Felix began a career as a Category Management Analyst, generating reports and conducting analyses to improve product profitability. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Business Analyst at w.illi.am/, where involvement in research and competitive analysis was key. Felix holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from UQAM and a Master of Science in Information Technology from HEC Montréal.
