Marie-Claude Bacon

Marie-Claude Bacon is a seasoned professional in public affairs and communications, currently serving as Vice-présidente at Metro inc. since August 2003. Bacon also holds leadership roles as Présidente du conseil d'administration for both Les Banques alimentaires du Québec since September 2020 and the Conseil canadien du commerce de détail - division Québec since September 2017. Previous experience includes positions at Bell Canada and Bell ActiMedia, as well as significant roles in various organizations, including the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal and Hydro-Québec. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Université de Montréal, a DEC from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf, and ongoing executive education programs focused on Corporate Social Responsibility at Harvard Business School and the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program.
