Gina Cotton

Gina Cotton has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Gina worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager from September 1997 to June 2005. Gina then joined KTR Capital Partners as the Senior Vice President/Senior Controller, overseeing the financial reporting and operational management of the property accounting and investor reporting group. Gina worked at KTR Capital Partners from June 2005 to September 2015. In October 2015, Gina joined Metro Commercial Real Estate as the Chief Financial Officer, and they continue to hold this position.

Gina Cotton obtained their BA in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University. Gina then went on to pursue an Executive MBA from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University, which they completed between 1997 and 1999.
