Jonathan Spoerl

Jonathan Spoerl has a diverse work experience in the real estate and insurance industries. Jonathan is currently working as a Vice President at Metro Commercial Real Estate, where they specialize in tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, property management, and development services. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Senior Sales Associate at Metro Commercial Real Estate from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Metro Commercial, they worked as an Account Executive at The Barclay Group, where they co-developed and implemented a successful Pilot Program that significantly increased revenue. Jonathan also has experience as an Intern for the Sales Team at NSM Insurance Group, where they evaluated new business submissions and conducted market research. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Construction Manager at O'Neill Properties Group, LP, overseeing laborers and providing assistance to the Head Project Manager.

Jonathan Spoerl attended Saint Joseph's Preparatory School for their high school education. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Jonathan attended Temple University from 2016 to 2018.
