Deb Frank has a diverse work background starting from 1982 as a Contract Administrator at Martin Marietta Corporation and later working as a Consultant-Contract Administration at Lockheed Martin until 2002. From 1994 to 2002, they served as a Producing Branch Manager at GMAC Mortgage, managing a sales team and expanding sales in various loan types. From 2002 to 2007, they were an Account Executive at Argent Mortgage, developing relationships with mortgage brokers and lenders. In 2008, Deb joined Virgin Money as a Mortgage Specialist, focusing on residential mortgage loan consulting. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Branch Manager and Community Banker at Home Savings of America, managing a team of originators. From 2011 to 2014, they held the position of Sr. Mortgage Development Officer and from 2014 to 2015, they were a Retail Mortgage Sales Manager at Santander Bank, N.A. Finally, from 2015 to the present, they have served in various roles at Metro Credit Union, including Vice President of Mortgage Originations and Vice President of Mortgage Relationship Manager.
Deb Frank obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 1981 and 1987. Deb then pursued a Master of Science degree in Business, Finance, and Information Systems Management from Loyola College in Maryland from 1988 to 1993. Lastly, they completed an MBA in Business, Finance, and Information Systems Management from The Johns Hopkins University from 1996 to 1997.
