Eric Gilliland

Eric Gilliland has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Eric currently works at Metro Credit Union as the Senior Vice President Team Lead - CRE Lending, where they are responsible for originating commercial real estate loans. In this role, they have successfully originated $110MM in CRE loans for fiscal 2023 to date. Prior to TD, Eric worked at Radius Bank as the Senior Vice President/Senior Lender/Team Leader, where they supervised a team of lenders and portfolio managers and oversaw a portfolio of $750MM in CRE and C&I loans. Eric delivered $165MM in new loan production and $1MM in fee income during their tenure.

Eric also has experience at First Commons Bank as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending - Senior Relationship Manager, where they diversified the commercial lending portfolio and generated $55MM in new loan originations. Eric started their career at Forest Properties Management as the Director of Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Debt Finance, where they oversaw acquisitions, dispositions, and debt financing, including the acquisition of a 220-unit apartment property. Eric also led the analysis and due diligence of CMBS pools and identified and acquired tranches within those pools that generated a 40% return on investment.
