Traci L. Michel

Traci L. Michel has been the Chief Operating Officer at Metro Credit Union since 2019. Prior to that, they were with Washington Mutual from May 2004 to September 2005 as a Licensed Personal Financial Representative.

Traci Michel received their Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and their Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from the same school. Traci also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute in both PMP and Certified Associate in Project Management.

They work with Maria Justiniano - SVP, Lending, Erik M. Porter - Chief Financial Officer, and Marie O'Neill - SVP, Engagement, Experience & Marketing. Their manager is Robert M. Cashman, President & CEO.
